Each user’s IM history is now stored on the server in your Aruna IM database so when you want to find something, you just click on history and you can search, sort by user, date or phrases.
In addition, all the history for your company is recorded for compliance and future e-discovery. It is also more secure as none of the history is stored locally on desktops or laptops so stolen computers will not compromise your confidential business conversations that you have in your instant messenger.
